Reach for the Sky TEC Girls Event
The TECgirls Reach for the Sky Festival is Back!
TECgirls’ flagship Reach For The Sky Festival is back for 2025. We are bigger, better, and landing at a bold new location: Spaceport Cornwall, Newquay.
This family-friendly, girl-powered event is open to all, with free entry for children and £10 adult tickets (which include parking). Reach for the Sky is packed with real aircraft, a VR zone and over 20 stalls with hands on activities. With a mission to get more girls to take up STEM, this one day festival provides a chance to play and discover all the exciting areas within aviation, aerospace, tech and engineering.
But that’s not all, girls can meet role models and talk to pilots, engineers, and other professionals working in space and aviation throughout the festival. With talks throughout the day and stands from UK wide aviation companies, girls will have a chance to hear amazing tales of adventure and innovation, and kick-start their own journey into these exciting sectors. With hundreds of different careers in aviation and aerospace, the sky's not the limit. It's just the beginning.
