Costs
Recruiting Bootcamp graduates? Totally free.
Training existing staff? You’ll contribute just:
• 10% if you're an SME (1–249 employees)
• 30% if you're a large employer (250+ employees)
Keep in mind: Employees may need time off for classes, depending on course structure and their working hours.
Accelerated Apprenticeships
Skills Bootcamps can be recognised as prior learning and used to help prepare for an apprenticeship. Meaning the apprentice should be able to complete their apprenticeship programme in less time and cost to their employer, after completing a Skills Bootcamp course.
Supporting Your Recruitment
Skills Bootcamp courses are also available for adults who are unemployed or returning to work after a break, and to serving prisoners due to be released.
That means as an employer you can work with training providers to develop and deliver Skills Bootcamps to help fill your vacancies with skilled workers.
