90% Up to 90% of fees covered. For existing employees, employers contribute to the cost of training. Large employers contribute 30% of the cost, and small or medium employers (SMEs) contribute 10%. There is no cost to employers who recruit individuals who have completed a Skills Bootcamp, and the courses are free to learners.

Benefits of Skills Bootcamps

Tailored training.  Skills Bootcamps can be customised to match your business needs, ensuring employees learn skills directly applicable to their roles.

Increased productivity. Equipping your workforce with up-to-date skills enhances productivity and efficiency, leading to improved business outcomes.

Talent retention. By investing in your employees' development, you can foster loyalty and create a positive work environment, reducing staff turnover.

Industry-relevant expertise. Participants gain knowledge aligned with industry standards, making your business more competitive and innovative.

Confidence boosting. Acquiring relevant expertise boosts employees' confidence in their abilities, encouraging proactive problem-solving and creative thinking.

Accelerated apprenticeships. Skills Bootcamps can be recognised as prior learning and used to help prepare for an apprenticeship. That means the apprentice should be able to complete their apprenticeship programme in less time and cost to their employer after completing a Skills Bootcamp course.
