We understand this is a challenging time; facing the possibility of making redundancies is not easy. Working with organisations such as the Department of Work and Pensions, the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly People Hub, National Careers Service and Growth Hub, we bring together a range of local people, help and resources to support you and your staff through this process.

Our support during and after the redundancy process can include:

  • Virtual and face to face support sessions for individual staff members or groups
  • Support for you as a business through the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub
  • Working with you and other local employers to help place staff into alternative jobs
  • Expert careers advice and guidance from qualified local careers advisers
  • Advise on finance, retirement and employment related benefits
  • Dedicated careers fairs for larger scale redundancy situations

We help to coordinate the redundancy support your business and staff need. We work alongside your management and HR teams to understand your needs and provide tailored action and information.
