Fine Tubes Ltd are offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team as an Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician apprentice! Gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to kickstart your career in this exciting industry.
Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analysis and optimisation of our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield improvements and waste reduction, whilst improving product quality.
- Work cross functionally with the Operations teams on projects to improve our KPIs.
- Help to investigate and resolve any technical or production related issues related to our products, using root cause analysis methodology.
- Act as a champion for Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the Company.
- Support employee training to ensure compliance with updated procedures.
- Develop an understanding of process routing.
- Document and monitor changes, ensuring effective adherence.
