Find Your Future: Cornwall Careers Exchange is coming to Truro on 1 July, offering a new and engaging way for people to explore careers and connect with opportunities.

Rather than a traditional jobs fairs, this free event has been designed to move away from static exhibition stands and instead provide an experience that is hands-on, informative, and inspiring.

What to expect

Attendees can look forward to a range of interactive activities, including:

• Live employer talks – Hear directly from Cornwall-based employers through short, engaging sessions
• Real opportunities – Discover live job vacancies in the dedicated “Jobs Corner”
• Career insights – Explore different industries and pathways across sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, renewable energy, construction and more
• Practical support – Access CV advice and careers guidance from the National Careers Service
• Meaningful connections – Speak directly with organisations and gain real insight into roles and opportunities
