Introduction

We have 8 UK parks, with 4 in Cornwall with 280 accommodations and 51 local team.

We’re constantly evolving guest experiences to better both their experience and do right by the planet, best shown through our free borrowing schemes such as wooden Cornish belly boards, beach clean sets and beach toy libraries. We extend the same thoughtful approach to our team, who benefit from exclusive perks and work-life balance and allocated time in their one to ones for wellbeing conversations as well as on-park Mental Health First Aiders.

Our dedication to the local community shines through Lovat volunteering, by offering paid time each year in which team can support the local community. Most recently we have supported the Mawgan Porth Dunies project and also Global beach cleans with Surfers Against Sewage and The Sealife Trust.

Our behind the scenes projects focus on our waste management and carbon reduction strategies by location, using monthly data to steer our reduction performance against SMART goals which are managed and reported on with our B Corp Champions. Since measuring our baseline in 2022 we have reduced our waste to landfill by 45.5% and increased our food waste by 227% and increased our recycling rate by 49%, winning recognition nationally for this changemaking project in the tourism industry.

Our 2025 sustainability interventions focus upon building upon this performance further and enabling guests to contribute effortlessly.

Why consider us?

Our aim is to challenge outdated models of work experience by delivering tailored, meaningful placements that empower SEND students to explore their potential and thrive within the holiday park sector. By delivering a person-centred experience of work- in our reception-shop team sustainability  or housekeeping.

In an industry where traditional work experience has often been generic and underwhelming, we are committed to doing things differently. Recognising the untapped potential of early talent, especially among SEND and EHCP learners, we launched a new experience of work scheme in 2025. Our aim is to build a stronger, more inclusive future workforce by reimagining how young people engage with the world of work.
