Training options for your workforce

Level 2 English and Maths

Help employees build essential skills, improve confidence and gain qualifications that support their role and future career progression. Funded training is available for adults who do not already hold a Level 2 qualification.

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

Support employees to improve their English language skills, strengthen workplace communication and build confidence both at work and in everyday life. Funding may be available for eligible learners.

Level 3 Qualifications

Employees aged 19+ who do not already have a level 3 qualification (equivalent to A levels) can develop their skills through funded qualifications in a wide range of industries. These courses can support career progression, increase confidence and help your business build the skills it needs for the future.

Higher Technical Qualifications

Higher Technical Qualifications can help employees gain industry-relevant expertise and achieve Level 4 and 5 qualifications (Higher National Diplomas, Foundation Degrees, Diploma Higher Education). Costs vary depending on the course and provider.
