Support available to employers

Offering a T Level industry placement doesn't mean you're on your own. Whether you're hosting a student for the first time or already have experience of work placements, support is available throughout the process.

Local training providers will work with you to help plan the placement, identify suitable opportunities and make sure both you and the student get the most out of the experience. They'll be on hand to answer questions, provide guidance and help you understand what's involved.

Industry placements are designed to be flexible, allowing employers and providers to agree an approach that works for both the business and the student.
