At Ginger Nut Training, we believe in a learner-centred approach to training and offer flexible training plans with rolling start dates.

We grew from a successful marketing background as part of Ginger Nut Media Ltd. From 2011-2015 we were directly involved in training over 30 apprentices within our own advertising company and were an award-winning employer of apprentices and named in the top 100 Apprenticeship Employers three times.

We used this unique insight to launch Ginger Nut Training, where we work closely with clients to cater for the needs of apprentices and employers to ensure that everyone gets the maximum return from the time that they invest.

We have a QAR of 80%, are rated “Good” in all areas by Ofsted (visited 02/24), are accredited by Matrix, and we are consistently reviewed at 5* on Google and Trust Pilot. Our rating on the government portal remains as “excellent”.

We now train apprentices at some of the largest Levy payers in the country including but not limited to the likes of Boeing, Greene King, The Tate, The Department for Education, The University of Oxford, and Sodexo. You can see some more of our clients here.

We were especially proud to be awarded Business and Administration Apprenticeship Provider of the year at the AAC awards 2023 and again in 2024, and to be recognised as best apprenticeship consultancy at the Prestige Awards.

Why Ginger Nut Training?

As a former media company, we grew our business by hiring apprentices and we therefore have the insight into what makes an apprenticeship work for both learners and employers.

We have won numerous awards for our apprenticeships and have a completion rate across all our standards of 80%, far higher than the national average.

And most importantly, we are a training provider that cares. To support our learners and employers, we offer personalised training plans for each learner, 1 2 1 tutor support, and fast, transparent communication.
